What We Do
Tools of the trade
Our dough is freshly made for every event. We use the finest specialist pizza flour sourced from Italy. We hand make each batch using fresh yeast, then we prove the dough for 36 hours before spinning it into a pizza base ready for the oven.
The Chadwick Oven stone bakes the pizza in 4 minutes & cooks the perfect combination of a crispy base and a fluffy, crispy crust - we believe the best in the business!
OUR TOMATO SAUCE:
We use the best available Italian tomatoes for our pizza base. Nothing beats the taste of the sun!
We source most of our ingredients - including Proscuitto, Nduja and Chorizo – from Italy. When Italian ingredients aren't appropriate we go local – and we simply buy the best.
